The Concierge Announces Deficiency Free Survey

Houston, TX ….. The Concierge, Houston’s premier, luxury skilled and long term care facility, recently completed their annual health survey conducted by The Texas Department of Aging and Disability (DADS) and received zero deficiencies. This announcement puts The Concierge in a very prestigious group in the state, as all nursing facilities in the state are surveyed annually and achieving a zero deficiency is rare.

“This news is a reflection of a great team of people making for a great facility. I am so proud of all of our staff at The Concierge,” stated Ken Cauthen, Executive Director. “We have some of the best caregivers in the nation. They are completely resident focused and maintain a level of professionalism and attention to detail that few facilities can match.”

Located in West Houston, near the corner of Eldridge Parkway and Westheimer, The Concierge is truly a one of a kind facility.

“The Concierge looks more like a hotel than a skilled facility,” shared Cauthen. “Residents don’t ever feel like they are in a skilled or nursing home setting. The amenities we have are unmatched.”

In February, The Concierge will add a new level to its already outstanding care, offering new features for residents needing a “High Observation” environment. This well staffed, well-equipped unit will provide for the needs of a variety of patients with respiratory needs, including ventilators and trachs, as well as serve the needs of Orthopedic patients needing a variety of therapy.
