ACE (Acute Care for the Elderly)
Understanding the depth of care that complex medical conditions require, The Concierge staff provides regionally-unparalleled Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) for residents on our Oak Wing, a twenty-four bed unit prepared to manage the highest level of skilled care needs. This separate unit is equipped to manage ventilator, tracheostomy, and clinically complex skilled residents who require more highly supervised respiratory care. Some medically fragile residents may also be eligible to receive on-site dialysis services. This allows them to avoid the difficult and draining experience of having to be transported to and from outpatient dialysis clinics regularly each week. ACE residents also benefit from 24/7 RN coverage on all shifts. Offering full-time support and resources for residents and their families, our caring staff is committed to improving functional abilities by providing the special attention needed along each individual resident’s road to recovery.
Laurel Court Hospice Wing
Providing compassionate care and comfort for hospice residents and their families, our Laurel Court Hospice wing works seamlessly with several Hospice agencies to offer each resident gracious support that enables them to live each day to the fullest. Laurel Court is designed with the special needs and concerns of hospice residents and their families in mind. Residents benefit from having their beloved pets close by. Our 24/7, air-conditioned, boarding kennels, allow dogs and cats live at The Concierge with their owner. Our staff will arrange regular in-room visits with their special friends. Laurel Court also has available an overnight-stay guest room for out of town family members, a play area for children, and a special cooked to order dining menu for residents and families. Our hospice wing is one of a kind and is designed for individuals who no longer wish to pursue aggressive treatment.
The Concierge has an amazing team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists and tech on site. They highly-trained professionals are the best at what they do.
